I ordered this and it arrived. It goes into the Eureka vacuum. After replacing a clogged filter, my vacuum was less noisy and had more suction.

The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because you still have to remove and replace the disgusting old filter. It just seems like a bit of a clumsy design.
