It's been pointed out by other customers, but the design on this vacuum cleaner is astonishingly stupid. The exhaust blower is perched on front of the vacuum, meaning that particles of dirt and dust are constantly fluttering out of reach before you can suck them up. I chose this vacuum specifically because it was recommended for bare tile and linoleum by Consumer Reports, but I might as well be using a leaf blower for all the good it does. Plus, you need ear muffs to run this thing since it's noisier than a jet engine. It's a bad sign that I purposefully avoid running the vacuum during the morning hours on the weekend because I'm afraid I'll wake up my neighbors. -- Noisy with a poor design
It's not bad. But don't expect miracles. It does help that you don't have to replace bags. -- It's ok.
