Would you pay $48.99 for new batteries in your battery pack? I'm a Dyson DC16 owner as well. I LOVE the DC16, but struggled to find replacement battery packs at a better price than Dyson's $74.99 price. I've found a solution!

Easy process: Pay the $48.99, then mail me your battery pack (via inexpensive media mail) . I replace the batteries and mail it back postage free. I've replaced batteries in Dyson DC16 vacs in my local with 100% successs!
