I don't understand all the negative reviews on this vacuum cleaner. I have had mine for about 2 years or so now and have nary a problem. Keep the filters cleaned. Remember there is a little plastic filter thing above the dirt cup that needs to be cleaned. I do realize that sometimes a lemon might slip by QA but c'mon, there can't be that many bad vacuums.
I use this vacuum in three houses and it leaves the carpets clean and looking great. It does a really good job on lifting the nap and getting hair and dust out of the carpet. I also like the ability to turn the brush roll off and that when you put the handle of the vacuum up all the way the brush roll automatically turns off.
The duster thing isn't that great but I love the Power Paw attachment. Like everything this vacuum has it's limitations but for the price you can't beat it. So maybe try using it again and make sure it is cleaned out good after each use before you bag on this product. -- I don't understand the negative reveiws
...like a vacuum should. Gets up dog hair and dander well. It's heavy but has a long cord so I can do my whole house from one outlet. Cup is large enough. -- It sucks...
I have had this Vacuum for 2 1/2 years and have had zero problems. I think that those that have had problems do NOT clean it right.(or treat it right) they should buy a bag vacuum.(or a SHOP VAC) A Bagless Vacuum does have to be cleaned more often. This one has four places to clean ( I use a air compresser) besides the dirt cup. I have had two other Bagless Vacuums (the one that dyson made before he made Dyson and a top of the line hoover) in the last 12 1/2 years so I have learned how to corectly clean these. No, this is not made to take banging around like the top of the line hoover but it is less than 1/3 of the price and 1/2 the weight. As for cleaning this one wins hands down, that is why it needs to be cleaned (and not half a$$ed) more often. Reminds me of a mother that put her kids totally mud caked football uniform in her washer with out hosing it off outside first. Use some common sense. -- Best Vacuum for the price
Great vacuum. It really gets down deep into the carpets and pulls up a lot of dirt/dog hair. The only problem is the filters becoming plugged up very easily/quickly, but that's what happens when you have a Chocolate Lab. -- Eureca Bagless Upright
